All lead teachers have received a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.  This is a great accomplishment for any childcare provider to have all lead teachers with CDAs.  The CDAs are issued by the Council of Professional Recognition in Washington, DC and is a nationally recongized credential for excellence in early childhood education.  Each CDA candidate is observed working with young children and is assessed on his/her ability to develop the physical, emotional, and intellectual capabilities of young children. The Council of Professional Recognition sends one of their representatives to assess each employee.  These employees demonstrate the ability to constructively work with young children in group settings. We are proud to employ these  highly qualified and competent professionals to ensure the best care for our children.
